🚀 Getting Started & Navigation

Visit the Vouxat website, click Register or Sign Up, fill in your details, verify your account if prompted, then log in. Once logged in, all platform features become accessible.

Go to the registration page and fill in your name, username, email, phone number, date of birth, and password.

Read our Terms and Privacy Policy before submitting the registration form — by submitting the form, we consider that you have read and agreed to them.

After submiting the form — you'll see "Account created! Please check your email and click the activation link."

Open your email inbox and find the message from Vouxat with the subject "Activate your Vouxat account."

Tap the Activate Account button (or copy the link below it into your browser if the button doesn't work).

You'll be redirected to the login page with a confirmation that your account is activated.

Log in with your username/email and password to start using Vouxat.

Didn't get the email, or has it expired?

Activation links expire after 24 hours. If you missed it or can't find it:

Go to the login page.

Scroll to the Resend Activation Link section below the login form.

Enter your username or email address.

Tap Resend Activation Link.

Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the new email, then click the fresh activation link to complete your registration.

How does logging in work, and what security checks are in place?

Enter your username or email and password on the login page and submit.

If your account isn't activated yet, you'll be prompted to verify your email or resend the activation link.

Your details are checked against our security safeguards: repeated failed attempts trigger a temporary lockout (both per account and per network), and unusual sign-in activity may require extra verification or temporarily lock the account.

Once your password is verified, a second verification step (2FA) is required:

By default, a 6-digit code is emailed to you. Enter it on the login page within 10 minutes to complete sign-in.

Optionally, you can switch to Google Authenticator-based 2FA from your dashboard settings. Once enabled, you'll enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app instead of receiving one by email.

If you enter the wrong code too many times, verification is temporarily locked and you'll need to wait before trying again.

Once verification succeeds, you're logged in and taken to your dashboard.

Verification may be required depending on platform configuration. Follow the on-screen instructions after registering.

You can access your dashboard, wallet, orders, memberships, messages, notifications, marketplace activities, social features, events, and account settings.

No. A single Vouxat account gives you access to both the marketplace and the Vouxat Social Network (VSN).

👤 Profile Page

Your profile lives at /app/profile/. It shows your cover photo, profile picture, name, friend count, and a row of tabs: All, Photos, Clips, About, Friends, and (if applicable) Pages and Store.

On your own profile you'll see extra controls only you can use — the camera icons on your cover/avatar, the Add Photo, Add Story, and Edit Profile buttons, and the Previous Covers / Previous Avatars tools. Visiting someone else's profile hides all of these and instead shows friend actions (Add Friend / Message) if you're not already connected.

Miracle Social — Profile Page FAQs

Covers: viewing your profile, changing your profile picture and cover photo, editing your About info via Settings, managing profile photos, posting and viewing Clips, your Activity feed, and related tabs. Based on Miracle Social v2.6.1.

1. Getting to your profile

Q: Where do I find my profile page?

Your profile lives at /app/profile/. It shows your cover photo, profile picture, name, friend count, and a row of tabs: All, Photos, Clips, About, Friends, and (if applicable) Pages and Store.

Q: What's the difference between my profile and someone else's?

On your own profile you'll see extra controls only you can use — the camera icons on your cover/avatar, the Add Photo, Add Story, and Edit Profile buttons, and the Previous Covers / Previous Avatars tools. Visiting someone else's profile hides all of these and instead shows friend actions (Add Friend / Message) if you're not already connected.

2. Profile picture (avatar)

Q: How do I add or change my profile picture?

1. Go to your profile.

2. Hover/tap the small camera icon overlaid on the bottom-right of your circular profile picture.

3. Choose a photo from your device.

4. It uploads automatically (no separate "save" step) and becomes your new profile picture right away.

Q: What file types and sizes are allowed?

JPEG, PNG, GIF, or WebP, up to 5 MB per file.

Q: Can I see my old profile pictures?

Yes. On the Photos tab, use the Previous Avatars button (owner-only tool) to open a picker of past profile pictures. Selecting one from there sets it as your current avatar again.

Q: What happens to my old profile picture when I change it?

It isn't deleted — it's automatically saved to your avatar history, viewable via Previous Avatars and in the Profile Pics photo album.

Q: How do I view my profile picture full-size?

Click/tap the picture itself (not the camera icon) to open it in a photo viewer, where you can like, comment, or share it — the same as any other photo.

3. Cover photo

Q: How do I add or change my cover photo?

1. Go to your profile.

2. On the wide banner image at the top, tap the 📷 Edit cover pill that appears over it.

3. Choose a photo from your device — it uploads and applies immediately.

Q: Same file rules as the profile picture?

Yes — JPEG/PNG/GIF/WebP, max 5 MB.

Q: Can I bring back an older cover photo?

Yes, via the Previous Covers button on the Photos tab, the same way as avatar history.

Q: How do I view my cover photo full-size?

Tap anywhere on the cover banner (outside the "Edit cover" pill) to open it in the photo viewer with like/comment/share actions.

4. Editing your About info (the "Edit Profile" flow)

Q: How do I edit my bio, work, education, contact info, etc.?

1. Go to your profile and open the About tab.

2. Click the Edit Profile button (next to Add Story, visible only on your own profile).

3. This redirects you to the Settings page (/app/settings/), which loads your Edit About Info panel.

Q: What can I edit there?

Fields are grouped into sections:

• Overview — Bio, Current City, Home Town, Birthday, Relationship status, Gender

• Work & Education — Work/Company, Job Title, School, College

• Contact — Email, Phone

• Links & Social — Website, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn

• More Details — Languages, Religion

Q: How does editing a single field work?

Each field is shown as a row with its current value. Tap Edit on that row to expand an inline panel with:

• An input box (plain text, textarea for Bio, a date picker for Birthday, or a dropdown for Gender/Relationship)

• A privacy dropdown for that specific field

• Cancel and Save buttons

Tap Save — the field updates instantly via AJAX (no full page reload) and a small "Saved" confirmation toast appears at the bottom of the screen. Tap Cancel to close the panel without changes.

Q: Can each field have its own privacy setting?

Yes. Every individual field (Bio, Birthday, Work, etc.) has its own privacy control, independent of the others. Options are:

• Public — anyone can see it

• Friends of friends

• Friends — only your friends

• Only me — private, visible only to you

Sensitive fields like Birthday, Email, and Phone default to Only me; School/College default to Friends; most others default to Public.

Q: Where does my display name come from?

Your display name shown at the top of the Edit Profile page comes from your main account profile and isn't editable from this panel — it's a read-only reference labeled "Default from your account profile."

Q: Do the About tab and the Edit Profile panel show the same information?

Yes — the About tab is the read-only, public-facing display of these same fields, filtered by whatever privacy level you set for each one (so viewers only see what you've allowed them to see).

5. Profile photos (the Photos tab)

Q: How do I upload a photo to my profile (not just avatar/cover)?

1. Open the Photos tab on your profile.

2. Tap Add Photo (top-right, or the equivalent button shown when your photo library is empty).

3. Pick an image from your device.

4. Before it uploads, you can:

o Add a caption

o Tag people (search and select friends)

o Set visibility: Public or Friends Only

o Toggle "Show on feed" — if enabled, the photo also appears as a post in your timeline; if left off, it's added to your photo library only

Q: What are the photo albums I see?

• All — every photo across your profile

• Timeline — photos you've posted to your feed

• Profile Pics — your current and past profile pictures

• Covers — your current and past cover photos

Q: Can other people see all my photos?

Only photos marked Public are visible to everyone. Photos marked Friends Only are visible just to your confirmed friends. You (the owner) always see everything regardless of the visibility setting.

Q: What can I do with a photo once it's open?

Tapping a photo opens a full-screen viewer where you can like it, open the comment drawer, or share it (via WhatsApp, copy link, native device share, or send directly to a friend/group as a Miracle message).

6. Clips (the Clips tab)

Q: What shows on the Clips tab?

A 3-column thumbnail grid of short vertical videos ("Clips" / reels) the profile owner has posted, each thumbnail showing a cover image, view count, and a duet badge if it was created as a remix/duet.

Q: How do I post a Clip from my profile?

1. Open the Clips tab on your own profile.

2. Tap Create Reel (shown in the tab header, and also as a big button in the empty state if you have no clips yet).

3. In the upload form, you can:

o Choose Video — pick a video file (MP4, WebM, MOV, or AVI)

o Cover thumbnail — optionally pick a custom cover image (JPEG/PNG/WebP); otherwise one is generated automatically

o Write a caption and hashtags

o Set visibility: Public or Friends only

o Add an optional sound title / sound URL

o Apply a visual effect (Original, Cinema, Black & white, Warm, Cool, Vivid)

o Set start/end trim points and playback speed

o Toggle "Allow remix / duet" so others can duet your clip

o Toggle "Show on my post page" so the clip also appears as a post on your profile/feed, not just in Clips

4. Tap Upload Clip to submit.

Q: What happens when I tap a Clip thumbnail?

It opens a fullscreen, swipeable vertical video player (the same viewer used for the main Clips/Reels feed), with tabs for My Clips vs For You, plus like, comment, and share controls, and a comment drawer.

Q: What do visitors see if I have no Clips yet?

An empty state explaining that Clips can be up to 60 seconds long; visitors to someone else's empty Clips tab just see a note that clips will appear there once that person shares one.

7. Activity (the "All" tab)

Q: What does the "All" tab on my profile actually show?

It shows your activity feed — a chronological, Facebook-style timeline of things you've done, not a live merge of every content type. Each entry is a card with your avatar, your name, an action phrase, and a relative timestamp (e.g. "3 hours ago").

Q: What kinds of actions show up there?

Whatever gets logged as activity, including:

• Posting ("posted")

• Sharing a voucher, an event, or a receipt

• Creating, joining, or leaving a group

• Posting inside a group

Q: Does it load everything at once?

No — it loads the 10 most recent activity items first. If there's more, a "Show More (X remaining)" button appears at the bottom; tapping it reveals the rest without a page reload.

Q: Can other people see everything in my Activity tab?

It respects each activity item's own visibility setting — Public items are visible to everyone, Friends items only to your friends, Private items only to you, and Group items only to members of that group. Logged-out visitors only ever see Public items.

Q: What do I see if I (or the person I'm viewing) have no activity yet?

A friendly empty state with their avatar and name — on your own profile it says "You have no activity yet. Start posting to see your activity here!"; on someone else's it just says "No activity yet."

8. Friends & other profile tabs

Q: What shows on the Friends tab?

Your full friends list, with an option to filter to just mutual friends when viewing someone else's profile.

Q: What's the "Add Story" button for?

It's next to Edit Profile on the About tab and opens the story-creation tool so you can post a new story directly from your profile.

Q: I sell on the marketplace — why do I have a "Store" tab?

If your account is set up as a vendor, a 🏪 Store tab appears automatically on your profile and links straight to your storefront in the app.

Q: What do visitors to my profile see if we're not friends yet?

They'll see friend action buttons (Add Friend / Cancel Request / Accept, depending on status) and a Message button instead of the edit controls only you can access.

🛒 Marketplace & Wallet

Customers can browse products, add items to their cart, place orders, track purchases, and leave reviews.

Vendors can manage their stores, create product listings, process orders, and monitor sales performance.

Depending on your account permissions, you can view balances, receive and send funds, monitor transactions, and review your full wallet history.

Wallet features depend on your account type and platform permissions.

🔒 Escrow System

Vouxat Escrow is a secure payment protection system that holds a buyer's payment safely until the order is completed successfully, before releasing funds to the vendor.

The customer pays for an order → funds are held securely by Vouxat Escrow → the vendor fulfils the order → the buyer confirms satisfactory delivery → escrow funds are released to the vendor's wallet.

Open the completed order → review the delivered item → click Confirm Delivery if you are satisfied. This releases the escrow funds to the vendor.

Open the affected order → select Request Refund → explain the issue → submit. Valid reasons include receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, a missing item, a service not delivered, or other order-related issues.

Pending — payment is being held. Processing — the vendor is fulfilling the order. Awaiting Confirmation — delivered and waiting for buyer to confirm. Released — funds transferred to vendor wallet. Refunded — payment returned to buyer.

Payment is held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery. Once confirmed, funds are released directly to your vendor wallet.

Open Wallet → select Withdraw Funds → enter your withdrawal details → submit. Withdrawals are processed according to platform policies.

Membership

Only active, tradeable tokens can be swapped. Some tokens may apply swap fees depending on their individual settings.

Your verification enters review, your status changes to Pending, a reference number may be generated, and you may receive a confirmation notification.

Common reasons include blurry images, missing information, an invalid document, poor selfie quality, or a mismatch between your selfie and document photo. Follow the instructions provided and resubmit.

VUST is the feature that allows you to choose which token from your wallet is displayed as your active token across supported areas of the Vouxat platform. You can select manually or enable automatic rotation between your owned tokens.

Open the Token Selector → click your currently selected token → view your available tokens → choose the one you want → save or confirm. Your selected token becomes active immediately.

Auto-Select automatically rotates through your available tokens over time, displaying different owned tokens without you needing to change them manually.

Open the Token Selector → locate the Auto-Select My Tokens option → turn the switch ON. Token selection is then managed automatically.

You may not currently own any supported tokens, your tokens may not be active, or they may not be available for selection. Acquire or activate eligible tokens to use the selector.

🛡️ Vouxat Fortress

Vouxat Fortress is the security system protecting your account from fraud, hacking attempts, and malicious activity. It works quietly in the background and only becomes visible if it needs to step in — most commonly during repeated login attempts.

Vouxat Fortress temporarily pauses login attempts after several incorrect tries in a row, for your account and/or your network connection. This is a routine, automatic safety measure — not a sign anything is wrong.

No. A login lockout is temporary and automatic. It is not a ban — your account, profile, wallet, and data are completely unaffected.

Stop trying to log in immediately, take a short break, and calmly wait out the suggested cooldown time before trying again. Repeated attempts during the lockout will not work and won't speed anything up.

Lockouts are short and automatic — usually just a few minutes. If a countdown or number of minutes is shown in the message, wait at least that long before trying again.

No. The lockout lifts itself automatically once the cooldown period passes — no action is needed from you.

Stop attempting to log in, wait for the cooldown to fully pass, then try once more calmly. If it continues, use Forgot Password to reset your credentials.

No, and continuing to try will not help. The fastest way through it is simply to wait it out calmly.

Double-check your password before submitting, save it securely so you're not guessing, use Forgot Password instead of repeated attempts if unsure, and avoid rapidly resubmitting the login form.

This is a routine automated bot-protection check. Simply refresh the page and try again — it's not an error on your part.
