Complete Your Profile

Open your profile page and add the basics first: profile photo, display name, bio, and any other details you want people to see. A complete profile helps others recognise you and makes your account look more trustworthy.

Explore the Main Menu

Use the main menu to move around the platform. Depending on your account type, you may see Home, Marketplace, Social Network, Wallet, Memberships, Events, Messages, Notifications, and Profile. Spend a moment opening each section so you know where everything is.

Find and Connect With People

Search for friends, vendors, creators, and other members using the search bar. From a profile, you can follow, send a friend request, or begin a private conversation if messaging is enabled.

Send Your First Message

Open Messages and start a new chat. You can send text, voice notes, and other supported media depending on the features available on your site. Use messaging to ask questions, share updates, or stay in touch.

Join Groups and Communities

Groups are a simple way to find people with similar interests. Join a group, read the rules, introduce yourself, and take part in conversations or shared posts.

Turn On Notifications

Enable notifications so you do not miss messages, replies, approvals, updates, or new activity. On mobile, make sure browser or PWA notification permissions are allowed.

Stay Safe

Use a strong password, keep your login details private, and review your privacy settings from time to time. If something looks suspicious, change your password and contact support.
