How to Buy a Ticket
- Open the Event Marketplace.
- Browse or search for an event.
- Click the event to view details — banner, description, venue, date, time, organizer, and available seats.
- Select your ticket type and quantity.
- Complete your purchase.
Your Tickets
- Tickets are stored in your Ticket Wallet.
- You can download tickets as PDF files.
- View your full ticket history from your account.
- Present your ticket or its QR code at the venue for scanning.
Requesting a Refund
Refunds may be available when eligible. Check the event's refund policy and submit a refund request through the platform.
