Vouxat Point of Sale System
Vouxat POS is a complete sales system that allows vendors to process transactions, scan products, manage customers, and generate receipts from any device.
Accessing POS
- Log in to your Vouxat account.
- Open your Vendor Dashboard.
- Click POS.
Processing a Sale
- Search for products or scan their QR code / barcode.
- Add products to the cart and adjust quantities.
- Select a customer (optional).
- Review the order total.
- Proceed to checkout and confirm payment.
Payment Options
Depending on platform configuration, customers can pay by cash, wallet balance, voucher balance, token balance, or online payment methods.
Receipts
Every completed sale generates a receipt with the order number, customer details, items purchased, total amount, date, time, and QR code. Receipts can be shared via QR code, link, download, or print.
Updating Stock
Open a product from POS → select Update Stock → enter the new quantity → save. Stock updates immediately.
