What To Do If Your Login Is Temporarily Locked

🛡️ Account Security

Vouxat Fortress

Vouxat Fortress is the security system that protects your account from fraud, hacking attempts, and malicious activity. It works quietly in the background and only becomes visible if it needs to step in — most commonly after several incorrect login attempts.

Why You Might See a Lockout Message

If there are several incorrect login attempts in a row, Fortress will temporarily pause login attempts for a short time. This is a normal, automatic safety measure — it is not a sign that anything is wrong with your account, and it is not permanent.

You may see messages such as:

  • "Too many incorrect attempts. Try again in a few minutes."
  • "Too many login attempts from your network. Please try again later."
  • "Too many requests. Please wait a few minutes and try again."

What To Do — Step by Step

  1. Stop trying to log in immediately. Repeated attempts during the lockout window will not work and will not speed things up.
  2. Take a short break. Close the login page and step away for a few minutes.
  3. Calm down and relax. This is a routine security pause, not a permanent block or account suspension. Your account, data, and funds remain completely safe.
  4. Wait the suggested time. If a countdown is shown, wait at least that long before trying again.
  5. Double-check your details while you wait, so your next attempt is more likely to succeed.
  6. Try again calmly once the cooldown period has passed.

💡 Tip: If you're not sure of your password, use Forgot Password instead of repeatedly guessing — repeated incorrect guesses are exactly what triggers a temporary lock.

This Is Not a Ban

A temporary login lockout is automatic, temporary, and protective — it is not a ban or suspension. Your profile, wallet, and data are completely unaffected, and no action is needed from you to remove it once the cooldown passes.
