Steps to Purchase
- Browse the marketplace or search for a product.
- Click on the product to view details.
- Click Add to Cart.
- Proceed to Checkout.
- Complete your payment.
- Wait for the vendor to fulfil your order.
Payment Protection
All marketplace orders are protected by the Vouxat Escrow System. Your payment is held securely until you confirm that your order has been received and is satisfactory. Only then are funds released to the vendor.
Tracking Your Order
Go to My Account → Orders to view the status of all your purchases, including payment status, escrow status, and delivery progress.
