Vouxat Escrow is a secure payment protection system built into every marketplace transaction. It protects both buyers and vendors.

How It Works

1. Customer places an order and pays.
2. Payment is held securely by Vouxat Escrow.
3. Vendor fulfils and delivers the order.
4. Buyer reviews and confirms delivery.
5. Funds are released to the vendor wallet.

Escrow Statuses

• Pending — payment is being held.
• Processing — vendor is fulfilling the order.
• Awaiting Confirmation — delivered, waiting for buyer to confirm.
• Released — funds transferred to vendor wallet.
• Refunded — payment returned to buyer.

Requesting a Refund

If there is an issue with your order, open the order → select Request Refund → explain the issue → submit. Valid reasons include wrong item, damaged item, missing item, or service not delivered.
